What a positive experience at Bama RV. We were greeted when we entered the building by Mickey Williams. Our sales Agent William was totally Awesome and if you do not go and see Will to buy an RV you are missing out. Gregg did our walk through and was very knowledgeable of our Rv. We had a little Hiccup when loading the RV and Andrew came and saved the day, had us hooked up and ready to go in minutes. While waiting we a conversation with the General Manager Paul. Our overall experience was great from the time, we walked in the door till the time we left. No high-pressure sales tactics, just a smooth transition. - Deana

I would like to give a BIG Shout Out to Bama RV & their team members in the service & parts departments. The team members are: CJ Johnson, Allen Hill, Melinda Stewart, Nick Chavers, & April Mills. I bought a Durango Gold 5th wheel in 2022 from the previous dealership. I had an issue with my Surburban Furnace 4 weeks ago which was (is) still under the 2 yr. bumper to bumper warranty agreement. KZ (Thor Industries) nor Surburban wanted to honor the warranty stating it was my fault due to a faulty regulator due to low propane gas pressure without even taking a look at the furnace. They made the determination by looking at a photo. Yes, a photo! Bama RV service department would not take "No" for an answer & fought to ensure I was taking care of. CJ, the service advisor, was happy to call me to let me know that the warranty was going to be honored. These people listened & felt every ounce of my pain & anger without saying ANYTHING back. I have not bought an RV from them but if I ever buy another, I will definitely make them my 1st choice because..... I know from Experience how good their service & parts dept are. Thank you, Bama RV, for putting together such a wonderful team & having a "Top Notch" service dept. Alan. FYI: It was NOT the regulator; it was a faulty gas valve found by the service dept. - Alan

Needed warranty service went to Bama RV. Spoke with Amy and CJ. And my warranty problems were taken care of in a timely manner. And would recommend them to anyone that is looking for any type service work. And I will use them again if needed are in the market for a new R. V. - Daryl
CJ has been a friend for many years. When we moved away from Dothan, that friendship never stopped. In 2018 when we purchased our first camper, he and the sales team was always more than helpful. AND NOW, my father has got down ill there in Rehobeth. Chris CJ and Dave have been very helpful to me and my family. Chris picked up our camper from the Opelika store run and took it to the Dothan campus. There is plugged it in and called to say "You will have a place of your own to stay. Come and go as you please". Ladies and gentlemen, that is customer service ... friendship ... no no ... FAMILY service. We can never thank him nor any of you all enough. CJ, Chris Johnson ... the employee model for the company!

My wife and myself have bought several campers but Bama RV in Opelika has been the best experience we have ever had. Customer friendly and outstanding service from everyone we came in contact with. Chase was the salesman and he knew the products he was selling. He was not pushy and explained everything in detail. Melinda in the store helped my wife carry out some products we bought and very customer oriented. The service person was great and made sure we knew everything on the walk thru. He was very knowledgeable and even told us if we had questions later just contact him. We did not finance the unit but the finance guy was very customer oriented. We would recommend this dealer because everyone we came in contact was very concerned about the customer's needs. - Allen
